How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button, calling our 24/7 dispatch line, or using our mobile app (coming soon). Online bookings require at least 2 hours notice, while phone bookings can be made with shorter notice depending on availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Corporate accounts can be set up for billing. All online bookings require credit card payment at the time of booking.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we offer child safety seats at no additional charge. Please specify your needs when booking (infant seat, toddler seat, or booster seat) so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available in your vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
How are your fares calculated?
Fares are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any additional services requested. You’ll see the total fare before confirming your booking. Airport transfers have flat rates between major zones, while point-to-point service uses metered pricing with a base fare plus mileage and time.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, we offer corporate accounts with monthly billing, customized reporting, and dedicated account management. Corporate clients receive priority booking and discounted rates based on volume. Contact our business services team to set up an account.
